If you have made an error in making your donation or you have changed your mind about contributing to the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate – Diocese of New York & New England, Inc., we will honor all requests for a refund that are made within 30 days of the donation.

Purchase Refund Policy –

The Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate – Diocese of New York & New England, Inc. offers a “No Risk Guarantee.” If any of our sale items or publications does not fulfill our promise to you, we will make the situation right or refund your money. Buyers may return books at their own cost within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. The returned sale items and books must be received in resalable condition. To return an item, please enclose a note indicating the reason for return and ship the note and item via a traceable method to:

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if you made your purchase or donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
